Hey Punitha, how are you? I just listened to your swell and I just don't have words. I'm speechless. I would like to share my experience as well. But Firstly, I would like to thank the swell team for bringing out this app with like Agari Kovitim sport. I hope you are comfortable with Hindi Agari Kovitim. It would have been a lot helpful because you said this thing in your swell that we should Pend down our feelings to feel lighter

I had a lot of fun in the first place but at that time my father had grown up so that was one of the bad incidents that now happened to me. But yes, he got fine after seven or eight days. So that's real luck of mine. That's good. So in the second way, no one of my family had Krona but one of our had grown up and he died in that. So that time was like where you listen that inboxes and credit cards

Hello Kunaka. First of all, thank you so much for talking about this topic here because I haven't heard any of this. Hey, Priyal, thank you for your reply. And yeah, I don't think so. There's one person on the south who hasn't cried during overtimes because I know it was really hard. You know, people were just dying in seconds and, you know, know, the rate was increasing so badly. I know it was hard, but all we have to do in life is to just move on and cope up with a change that takes place every now and then. Yeah

I kind of don't agree with it and I kind of agree with it because once you keep storing the feelings or you keep compressing the feelings with yourself, you don't get to come out of it. The only way you can come out of it is to talk it out loud as possible into whomever it might be the one you trust the most. Or probably I could give you a suggestion that if you haven't heard about my swells before, please do go check them out

The only thing I wanted to say is that once you pin down you feel lighter and you can keep yourself calm and free and coming back to my friend, yes, she's really a fighter and I would really convey yours to her. And also your friend is also a fighter and she should be because we can't just keep things I'll put you down that easily. We got to fight back, right? We got to stand up and stay independent and work towards it
