If the mind says I can't be selfless, I must be selfish, then tell it all right. Go to the other extreme and be selfish. In refusing to disturb your own peace, always remember to be kind to yourself and your mind. Then punish yourself for not being able to gossip less. Instead, embrace it and try to have positive thoughts
