Pt. 1 We die a little bit everyday: Regeneration

That doesn't have to be your context but spirituality is energy in his body and these are all things that we embody and we don't have to assign it to a Christian God or any kind of God but it's energy, there's an overarching energy or power, I think, that's organizing all this and so when these little deaths happen we get to be reborn and we get to have life and the picture I use, I think is perfect because it's like a drop maybe it's condensation from the Earth being released, dying, falling into the ocean and then it becomes a part of

Pt. 2 Regeneration (sorry for the long Swell :l

Alright folks, I am breaking my own rule. Not only is it a five minutes. Well, it has a part two, but it just cut off so abruptly I couldn't, I guess because of maybe the subject, I just couldn't get it out in five minutes. But in conclusion, the drop returning to the water, you know, that's us. The drop of dying, the water returning back to the source, born again, reins, being recycled, being reused

So, yeah, just like the water, you got to keep flowing. So thank you. I appreciate all of the introspection you create for me, and I hope you're having a good week

But I loved the spin from what I assumed it would be on the title as far as just letting parts of ourselves die rather than the physical death itself that aren't serving us anymore. And yeah, growing what is good for us. I guess I also really love that Dragonfly story. That was beautiful from Jonathan. I hope everyone has a lovely day

But anyway, I mean this probably sounds like some kind of crazy rant but thank you so much. I appreciate your response. My week, it was fine. It was good. Today was I think my dad don't even remember how that's the thing about just that we can take for granted all this other stuff. Let us distract us from the beauty of the smallest and the stopping moments and the subtle moments of life. But thank you. This was a beautiful response

I think in my humble opinion, thank you. As always, respond to this. Well, you always just give me some more to think about. And in your interest, respecting, still keeping light with yourself. Be kind to yourself. All the good things. Have a good weekend. Peace. Bye

I just want to say, too, I'm like, in Dee admiration to your surrender, your ability to surrender. I think we struggle against life, we struggle against circumstances, facts laid out in front of us. And sometimes the response is response required. The one that will help us not drive ourselves crazy is surrender. Like you said, you've accepted that certain things are just out of your control. And you Ave a belief that everything happens for a reason

And we come into acceptance with it. But also, that means something else is coming. Something else is being born. And Jonathan's story was lovely. It truly was. I 100% agreement with you with that. Hope your week was going good. Tomorrow's Friday. I hope you have a fantastic weekend and catch you in a slow roast. Peace. Bye
