Sometimes our minds run like a leaky faucet. Just the negative thoughts just running and running like that. Drip, drip, drip, trip. Now, why can't we fix this faucet? It's interesting, as we were listening, we were a little taken back in our mind, of course, because you really got us thinking on this early Monday. And this is great because we're thinking about lies. Aren't lies, partial truth? And it's interesting because then that means everything is truthful to an extent

Hi PK. Thank you for this mental Monday message. I really resonate with replace the lie with the truth. I resonate I struggle with the thoughts and the lies that I call myself. And I always feel like it has such a loaded sense of finality to it, and it's like a closed box. But it's so important to have truths that are immutable. There are truths that are immutable, and I think that's what you're challenging us with. Like, what's immutable about our truth equally, what's immutable about the truth of the land and truth of what happened and what didn't happen
Deborah, thank you so much. What a good word. Immutable. Yes. Not changing. You know, and we apologize if our next few comments are triggering, but we can't help but see this in a religious, spiritual light, this word immutable in relation to truth. Right. If God is truth, all truth, all information, all light, then what in that is not changing? What a profound question. Really piercing through to the core of this space. Wow
If you hear a moment, if you hear a thought where you aren't fully on board with what you're feeling, instead of allowing that thought to control your reality, we can allow now our reality and our awareness of that to adjust our thoughts, but that takes introspection. So I invite you all to adopt the mantra of Sea Truth
Our practices have to reflect us as well. So our practices have to develop a sentence of complexity, more in depth, and truth is relative at the end of the day. So for me, the mantra seeing it, I can see anything, I could see what I desire, I could see what I want. But is that truth? Nine times out of ten, people experience truth and it hurts
