I've been up for about maybe an hour now and I probably won't fall back asleep till like three or four and I have to get up around six. So I think you can see this really kind of terrible paradox. I mean, and what I've also discovered is a lot of people seem to be experiencing Insomnia

One more recently and then one when I was a kid for like on and off, like maybe two years. And it's rough and it's very frustrating. And so that phrase of sleep, remember me? I felt that you play very accurate. It really does feel like you've been forgotten by sleep when you just are woken up by some strange force and just cannot return to it. Yeah. I don't know. Yeah. And it is true. The phone definitely does not help

But yeah, if you can't get back to sleep, then just do something really quiet and calming and relaxing. Don't get too active because if you stay in your bed and you do something that's on a lower scale, you might have the chance of falling back to sleep again. I've had to take days off work because I just couldn't sleep. Woke up at midnight and was awake at 06:00 in the morning when I'm supposed to get up and go to work

But some formal you're saying, that's really helpful. I have to take a lot of it consistently for it to build up. But thank you for just not letting me feel alone. Like, now it's the end of the day, and I actually like, I did that as well, but I never really went back to sleep, so it was, like, 630 the time that I have to get up. I could cheat a little bit, but I had, like, 30 minutes randomly, 15 minutes. I don't even know. That was, like, deep sleep. It was just, like, waking sleep or something
