Tell Me That You're Hungry

article image placeholderUploaded by @Pixiepoet4life
Every nerve I want to make you feel the same it pleases me to serve so tell me that you're hungry then kiss my lips and taste me just turn around and face me I'm everything you need I feel your breath caress me it's like a summer wind you've broken through my strongest wall there's nothing to defend do guilty feet lack rhythm?

I love the sensuality in this essentiality when lips become a kiss to be reminded of why we love and little things that mean so much to each and every one of us. Life, I've learned, is lived when we choose to live it. And some take longer than others to get to that place. But I feel that I'm firmly planted and able to see these with my eyes. Grace. That's all I want. And that's all I want to partake and give to others

You are 100% correct. Life is only lived when we choose to live it. I totally agree with you on that sentiment, and I truly appreciate you for your reply to my piece and for you taking the time to just listen and be a part of my thread. It is so, so appreciated and so, so valued by me, all of the many voices here on Swell that are willing to participate in my artistry and my offerings that I bring here. So thank you so much for that

This is everything. Everything. I love it. The taste me. The seduction of the words, the turnaround and face me, child. Goosebumps. I love it

I'm taking your advice, mama. I'm giving them everything. You told me to do that, and I am doing that. I am giving them everything. And it feels so awesome and amazing to stand and be all of what is me. So thank you for encouraging that in me and for cheerleading that in me. It has been a beautiful ride

And that layer that's beyond the giggles is the layer that writes those poems and listens to these or reads them and just expands, contracts backflips and does crazy things. And I feel like I'm rambling a little bit, but that's okay. I loved it. Like I almost always say, there's nothing that I've come across that I don't love or like or appreciate or even relate to. That was a breath of fresh air that I very much needed. So thank you

And the fact that you're an amazing poet to me as well is just even all the more scrumptious that such a beautiful writer like yourself would be willing to share their thoughts about what I'm doing and be so kind and so uplifting and so supportive. So I appreciate you for that

And it's always been a part of my life. So you're helping me grow as an artist and a poet, especially in your excellent even I feel like you've said this to me already, what you have already said, especially about poems of this nature. And I think you're right. I think that there is just shame that was well rooted into that

But I want to tell you that we have to stand up as black women and embrace what we are with joy, even in the face of negative judgments and negative stereotypes. We have to tell ourselves daily that these things are negative judgments and negative stereotypes and not the reality of what we are unless we choose to make ourselves thus, sexuality is natural and organic. And there are those of us who have been graced and gifted and blessed with a beauty in our sexuality that is potent

Hello. This is Patrick. I hope you remember me. I mean, the one who suffers from autism. I wanted to respond to your swell. Let me tell you something. I, first of all, cannot get enough of you nor your poetry from the very first time I saw your picture, and I just thought you were gorgeous. I mean, you are so pretty. It's just pathetic. And I'm normally not this outspoken with females because I have a real bashful side

Hello Patrick. I absolutely do remember you and I remember that you had posted a poem and said that was your first time foraying into poetry and I did really enjoy that piece. So yes, I absolutely remember you. Thank you so much for your reply and your comment on this thread. I truly appreciate your kindness and for you taking the time to be so encouraging and supportive. That is so beautiful
