Darkness Crawls
I remember the sun winked her warning but the lustful voice of night calls and into my room darkness crawls. He prowls my space with desire. Pleasure is his wicked intent remorse will never be his choice only plans of devouring love I am his prize and his prey he licks his lips anticipation a sweet taste seduction swirls around me possessive as he unzips my caution slowly letting it fall to the floor. Forgotten. The moment is naked, raw, hungry, desperate

You. Good morning. This is Stephen, and this poem was truly amazing. I'm not always speechless, but I almost am with this one. I have this conversation with a couple of my friends that I talk out poetry with. But I'm glad when poets are not afraid of the dark. And I'm glad that you ventured into that territory and produced this beautiful poem. I'm going to listen to it a few more times and maybe I'll have something more to say
