Whenever I feel stressed, I write down all the things that are making me stress at that point in time, and then after that, I try to find out the possible solutions or alternatives that I can do to help me cop with those things. This is my mantra

So now I have started meditation. I do meditation. I'm sorry. I had done meditation. When I was doing yoga training. I had done meditation. And, yeah, literally, meditation is so pure that I can't say after doing meditation, the whole environment looks like how come, how cool the environment has came. So, yeah, it's so soothing. The means of your meditation is just like heaven. So the experience is great. Welding, meditation

Okay. Whenever I am stressed, I try to remember all those things for which I am grateful. Like, for which I am lucky than others. Some people. I just start making lists, stuff that I do have this. I do have this. I do have this. And I will be able to have this time will also pass. So this is my mantra to beat stress
