Sleep deprivation is not cool

It seems a positive thing, but I really encourage you all to dial up a healthier lifestyle and make sleep a priority. Sleep is not for the week, it's a necessity and a requirement for our bodies. That's all I wanted to say. So then stay safe, be happy and please get some proper sleep

The glorification of sleep deprivation in our current student culture needs to be stopped. I encourage everyone to sleep properly like my baby😊

So I just slept during the day. And I like, how you try to at least talk about how they're sleep deprived because they're doing exams or because they're studying or something like that or the Hustle kind of mindset the reality. Honey, a lot of times these people are probably just watching either Netflix shows or just want to stay awake the whole night to post on Instagram. Like you said

Oh, my God. That is so true. That is so true. Everyone these days, they're just like, I just got this many hours of sleep, and it's like a little competition everyone has every single morning. And I lose the competition because I actually sleep and I get some sleep. Thank you for talking about this. People need to know more about this thing. Thanks
