My managers have a tendency to give me instructions, and when they give me instructions and they're walking away from me, frankly, I don't understand what they're talking about. So I made it a point, especially on my job, to tell them that when you are offering directions to me, to look me in my eye and have me understand what you're saying. I've been on my job now for three years, and they give me all the help that they can give me
