It's in a place of rest, in a place of peace. And if any of you out there understand what it's like when you're living with other people and that place does not exist, and it takes a toll on your mental health and all the other aspects of wellness that I talked about, it's tough to get out of, but for me, it's been a win. Like, it was like, okay, you're right, you're right, I forgot, girl, you're right. I made that up because I just wanted a little bit of attention and then it literally dissipated just like that. And then turn around, I was doing something. About 30 minutes later, one of the people I was thinking about sent me a message that they were thinking of me. And I was like, look at that

And I never have any negative thoughts and I never had any negative experience and I never and I never and I never I don't ever want to be that type of advocate or healing journey coach where I speak from a place of perfection. I always want to be able to connect with my followers, with people that am supporting from a space of, hey, me too. And this is how I work through it

The present is right now and the future hasn't happened yet. But I know I'm better equipped to handle because I don't need people validation. I had to put the work in. It's been a journey. It's been some peaks and some valleys. It's been some desert places, but I'm better off experiencing those places so I know when and where to be still or to really just say, oh, no, I got to get about it here
You're still able to keep that connection alive and well for yourself in a different form, and that's awesome. And when you talk about the whole, you know, sense of peace and not rushing and not fully arriving, it reminds me of this quote, actually. It's a scripture let's be correct here
