Cleaning habits
But the thing is, when I look in the bathroom and I just know that I got to get in there, clean that sink, clean that toilet, clean the shower, I just dread. I'm like oh, no. And I've always been this way. And I think back to the back of my cleaning habits growing up. My take on this hasn't really changed
But interestingly enough, when I do have guests coming, I do love to clean. So there's definitely an interesting catch happening there. Not sure where it originates. Obviously you don't want your guests to think you're dirty or whatever, but nonetheless, I felt like I could kind of relate to your childhood and your family from the way that your stories that you shared were anyway

I can just clean and listen to music or podcasts or whatever it is. And, you know, the time flies by and it's a very, like, feminine, flowy thing to just dance around cleaning. Yet what I don't like is when that cleaning takes me away from things I want to do more because it has to be done at a certain time between check out and check in

Marley, thanks for joining nmswell conversation. Apologies for late reply, but I you were speaking my language on a lot of this, I will say, especially, like, not seeing dirty dishes in the sink and, you know, cleaning the stove and not seeing opens of crumbs. I try to do those things daily, but you almost lost me there a little bit with you would rather clean the toilet then clean the oven or stove top. And I'm like, what? What is that about?

And it's just the one that I, like, totally procrastinate on and hope that my partner does. Versus the toilet, if you do that, like, once a week or even once a month, you just put the spray in or the bleach or whatever it is, the little blue stuff, and then you scrub, and then it's done. And it's like it takes actually less than two minutes
