Shift , change, and transform

article image placeholderUploaded by @onegirlw
I can't go into this new Year doing some of the same things or carrying some of the same habits that keep me inconsistent or even carrying some people that I know I need to leave in 2021. So I was thinking like, 2022, a new Year. But even tomorrow, a new day. Today is a new day, and I'm grateful for it, grateful for God being able to wake me up this morning. But I definitely got to be different going into this new Year, 2022

The days

I feel the pressure of society making me go, oh, it's the New Year. What are you resolving to do? And I'm like, don't push me into that. But I certainly think the more we are confronted with world events that kind of excuse me, contribute to sort of our own personal resolve being sort of sidelined. The more we have to find ways to sort of make life great in the face of adversity

Strength is self awareness and loving everything in between

Hi, Whitney. Thank you for the swell. Yeah. I think every day is a day to try to do something different, to walk in a different way, to just be the best you can possibly be. 2021 for me was a really transformative year that I let go of a lot of things from my past. I recognized my defining moment, which then led to a lot of fear and a lot of unresolved issues

Thank you so much for responding. Sorry for the late response. I had a COVID scare, and I'm fine. But you know what? I just love your response because I used to every single year before the new year was coming around. Okay, I got to play my goals for the year. And then I started to think like, as I'm getting older, the days, the days are precious. We can start over today

Thank you for your response. I love the response, and I'm actually going to take some of your self care tools and those three points things a day. Yes. Do it for ourselves, our self care, our self love, because it's important if we're not good, no one else around us is going to be good if we're not working on ourselves, that we're not going to be able to help others work on themselves
