If you want your children to learn, grow, and reach their potential, you need to pay the price and take the time and the trouble to lead them through the process. It's similar with our employees. Leaders aren't necessarily the first across the finish line. People who run alone are the fastest. Leaders are the first to bring all their people across the finish line. The payoff to leadership at work or at your home comes on the back end

I just love how you unpack leadership and hit upon all these nuances that I think, for me are fresh. And also they were blind spots, things that maybe I assumed or just didn't give that much thought to.
