#TheDailyAcorn. How does Leadership work? 5 Levels of Leadership.
Production may win games, but people development wins championships. Two things always happen on level four. First, teamwork goes to a very high level because the high investment in people deepens relationships, helps people to know one another better, and strengthens loyalty. Second, performance increases because there are more leaders on the team. And they help to improve everybody's performance. Level four leaders change the lives of the people they lead, and the people follow them because of that. Their relationships are often lifelong relationships
Um, and I feel like I need to listen to this probably three or four more times in total and probably take notes to really grasp all the wisdom you're laying down here. But this is a really insightful swell, and I see that there's a couple more on your page that kind of have similar cover titles. So I'd imagine this is just a little series, and I'm so stoked that you're here doing it. So thanks for posting. I'm saving this

It's funny because I was not willingly wanting to take on a leadership type of role because of what it holds, what it entails, and just the way people see leadership or that person. And I always tell people, like, I have flaws and sometimes I don't always follow the rules. Just saying I do the best I can, but I'm not a saint. By no means. But yeah

That's when we're reaching back. That's when you get to that level four. And you really get it because you realize that leadership is a responsibility. And then you realize that leadership is really about people, and it is all about people. And that's when we start to. You just will find yourself always looking to help someone to improve themselves and to be better. And you share your resources with them and are yours. Have you considered with them

Ty, I absolutely love it when you pop in. And from your. I really. We want you to know this. We love it when you pop in. We do. It's so great. Thank you. And thank you for earmarking this and pointing out the value. I believe that we do have a leadership deficit in my community especially, and we've started a leadership institute here and as an outgrowth of this and many other things
