I call her lady Tish. She turned me on to a lot of really good things and she doesn't know it. I try to tell her, but I don't know if she believes that. The stuff she tells me actually are in process and are working quite well. So we want to give a big shout out to Tish. So asking them to take ownership and responsibility for the game plan is the key right there and let them set up a time frame and an accountability process
