Dry Martini

article image placeholderUploaded by @omaniblog
The next thing is you give it a good shake and we got a metal container and a glass container. So that's the Martini well and truly coating the ice. The next thing you do is you pour I let you listen to it. You pour the liquid down the sink. So this is the horrifying part. You've actually poured Martini down the sink. And that was 17%. Now you poured the gin on top of the ice. The ice that has been infused with Martini

Hey, Paul, fascinating recipe. I never knew that's how you made it. But let me ask you this. Why do you discard or pour down the sink the Martini mixed, the warm up. Why not just, you know, put it away in a different glass and use it for the next dry Martini? After all, it's just used to coat the cubes, but it's still good. Alcoholic poker can reuse that for the next glass. Cartoon. Just wondering
