I appreciate the genre so much, and I feel more and more connected to the I guess, the enduring quality of opera, how old it is and how much it still is. The pinnacle of some singers'aspirations is like where they want to go. They want to get to that place. And I think following particular stars and seeing them rise and seeing them master certain operas is probably very thrilling, but I don't know enough about it to follow certain voices like you do

You remind me of an opera when you talk about heavy metal, and I would never have reached this insight that you've come to there is an opera, and I will actually do a separate swell on this particular thing about how it's possible to think of at least parts of an opera as being heavy metal. So I promise you that. I promise you, heavy metal opera. Why should I not tell you what it is? God, my brain can sometimes go funny

And he absolutely adored opera and made sure that we spent a lot of time listening and learning about all of the greats. When I was a child, I got to go see a few performances. I saw The Barber of Seville. I believe I also saw a performance of Dongiovani If I'm Not Mistaken. And then I became more familiar over the years with other operas like Carmen and Aida and Madame Butterfly

Hey, Paul, we've had this conversation before on a different app. I think a couple years ago and the app's name I won't mention, but its initials are anchor and and I'm excited when anyone else gets excited about something they're passionate about.
