Meaning converstations are essential but should a child know adult business
A lot of times I have to clap myself on the back because when I think about it, I was dealing with some things where adults were placing issues on me that I shouldn't have even been hearing as a child. I shouldn't have even been exposed to these things as a child. And I'm not going to say danger, because most of these conversations and occurrences always was held in the comfort of my grandmother's home. One one eight. That was where we resided

But my children, it just depends on the conversation. Like divorce and stuff like that. I did go through that and I did talk to my kids about it, but not in depth on an adult level. I talked to them because I wanted them to know that this doesn't affect their relationship because I encourage it. So it was kind of like the paint a light as this happens
Then to have adults, the people that you're expecting to be your protectors, coming at you with all of their issues, you know, you're feeling like you have to protect them or hold a secret for them.
