So without any further ado, welcome. Serbi thank you so much for joining us today. And I know that I haven't done justice to your introduction. So how about you begin with a little self introduction of yours?

@Nupur_23

You. Hi. So thank you so much for having me here. I'm so excited. And I think you have done a great job in introducing me. And a conscious individual as I am does not really cares about the introduction, basically, because the introduction actually doesn't matter. It's what we are doing. It's how we are serving, what we are saying, what words we are choosing and what energy we are giving out to the world. That is what matters

Definitely so be. Your work speaks for itself. So while I was going through your profile and the variety of work you have done, I was taken by surprise of the amount of the versatility that you have shown in your profile. Like you were a TV journalist before. And as an outsider, TV journalist and life coach and also being an author are definitely very different fields

So these last two years have been sort of a transition phase for me, where I shifted not only my career as a journalist and transitioned into a spiritual and a consciousness coach, and I also wrote my second book. During this time period. However, what impacted me the most was the changes that happened in my overall personality, the person I became after the transition was complete. So these two have been quite different lives that I have lived in one single life

Wow. I'm pretty sure that is going to be the reaction of people hearing us today. The simplicity with which you explained that transition made it even more beautiful. And I'm so glad I'm able to have this conversation with you today. So Swimi, my question is that, you know, spirituality and consciousness are two words that have always been around. But when I talk about myself, I talk about this present generation, the Gen Z generation. We have consciously acknowledged these words very recently

And from a three dimensional being that exists in this realm, on the Earth realm, we become multidimensional. We establish that connection. We establish that link that connects the two dimensions, right? So that's what spirituality is. And when we further practice the healing of the chakras and we clear the blockages, then we get to know what actual spirituality is. So spirituality is the science of the spirit. In simple terms, though it is very, very deep, there are more intricacies to it

And I have taken out time to explain spirituality and consciousness in detail. So for that, one needs to read the Book of Divine Consciousness, which is available on all major platforms

@Surabhiverma29

Now, talking about your books, you have authored two books till now, and the first book was titled as and she Quit Her Job. I must say that's a pretty attractive title. It definitely pulled me towards itself. And your second book, The Book of Divine Consciousness, how has your experience been as an author, writing for the first time and writing about a topic that is completely different from your second book?
@Surabhiverma29

@Nupur_23

At that time, I had actually left my job and I had made up my mind to do something different than to just work as a corporate employee in a corporate structure. I had a very different calling to do something creative with my life. So that marked the beginning of my journey as an author. The writing process for my first book was actually not that difficult, and I finished the book in just a month's time. The book was also not that very detailed

People who are in their Middle Ages, people who are just teenagers, because hormones really mess up when they are in their teenagers. So what advice would you give as someone who has had an experience, a deep experience with consciousness, to all the people who are just the beginners in the field?

@Nupur_23

So when your actions align with your divinity, when your actions also become divine, when you start serving the world, when you go above the notions of just being egocentric, just being just thinking about only and only yourself, just being selfish and you start thinking about humanity. You start doing the work for humanity. You start doing the light work. You start following the mission. You start following the purpose for which you have been sent on Earth

So, for our audience, I would love for you to explain what is actually a conscious reflex and how do you handle such reflexes that are a part of your personality and a part of who you are
@Surabhiverma29

@Nupur_23

So my consciousness had already informed me that this is how I'm going to react, like an accident is going to occur, and this is how I'm going to react in that particular situation. So I already became aware of my own reaction, which had not occurred, which was yet in the future. That's how the consciousness brings to our awareness of our own body's reactions, which I would call is a conscious reflex

Wow, that was such a beautiful explanation for me. I must give it to you that, you know, now I do realize that this thing is much more deeper than what I have realized till now than have learned till now. The journey for me has just begun. And I'm pretty sure that this conversation was insightful to everyone, to the ones who are in the middle of their journey of consciousness, to ones that are just beginning. That because I feel that there is no end to it

You. First of all, I also congratulate you for doing the work that you are doing, for bringing out stories like this. The story that I am sharing today through you, which is going out there in the world to so many listeners, I am sure that a lot of people are going to benefit from this conversation. And again, there is no end to where you can go into the world of spirituality and consciousness. There is no beginning and an ending. Nakoi shirwata nakoyanthe usikanamhes shiva

My question is, what motivated you to become a coach and how did you get there? And what was one obstacle that you faced on your way to your journey?

I would say that God chose me to do this kind of work, to do something different. Coaching is still a very new industry in India, and there are not a lot of coaches out there who are genuinely walking on the path. It is just the beginning, because spirituality has a topic that is connected with a lot of taboos. So the coaches are here to break that. So, yeah, that's the answer to the question

I found that writing would be the best medium to speak my truth and speak my heart out and put out into the world what I was feeling, what my truth is and how it would benefit other people. So my new book, the Book of Divine Consciousness, is a journey, a deep dive into my own truth. And the most interesting part, that our truth is one, we all are connected and we all have come from the same source
