We can choose to be born again. We can choose to do something differently like the sun and the moon. Every day we rise again and again. And every day that you rise, you have an opportunity to do something different. So don't give your pleasure away to trying to stick to the same process as just not working or making unrealistic goals. Set realistic goals that give you long term room for growth. This is all about growth and moving forward and learning how to deal with challenges and setbacks because this is just one phase. There will be setbacks and challenges throughout your whole life. But once you learn to listen to your inner voice, you know how to adjust to these changes and to these setbacks as they come
