The rent thing is a lot of people were talking about it barely touches rent, especially in a lot of Metropolitan areas. My thought was the initial official part of COVID said, oh, yeah, well, we're going to defer rent payments up to a year. People can't be evicted. So I know people are keeping up with it. I just think they don't want to test the water and ruin their report. There's more going on than people people are really realizing
