Secondhand smoke causes stroke, lung cancer, and coronary heart disease in adults. Children who are exposed to second hand smoke are at increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome, acute respiratory infections, middle ear disease, more severe smart respiratory system, and slower lung growth

Hi. This is very informative. I mean your swell is really nice. I mean the topic you speak about is something are really motivating and informative for everyone who is listening. So yeah, smoking kills and nicotine from secrets is as addictive as heroin. Nicotine addiction changes your brain. The brain develops extra nicotine receptor to accommodate the large doses of nicotine from tobacco. When the brain stops getting the nicotine it's used to, the result is nicotine withdrawal
