Cheating your way through life

Because back then he said, oh, we didn't call it dementia. We called it those old people, they don't know. And I have a landlord that likes to try to manipulate people and sits there with this kind of gridded look in his teeth when you're not doing what he wants you to do. And the scenarios not playing out like his little fantasy played out in his head as he premeditated from his couch

It's funny because neither fit is architecture, because there's this one scene where he's tempted by this, I guess, developer, and he offers him this offer he can't refuse, and he just, like, sits there and collapses because he's like, God, I would just love to have this thing

And then my grandmother went to the hospital, and my grandmother just had this way of trying to make things about her, and she really was stressing my mom out. And you can tell my father, although he was going through radiation, he was trying to comfort my mom, but he was also getting frustrated. And so I said very calmly, oh, I'll go get her

And again, you have people that are very savvy and they know you didn't do it because you never produced it before. Right? So they turned to the individual who they knew, who did the research and the work. Would you mind presenting it? How satisfying was it to see that person's worm, to see that person being embarrassed and to see that person demoted? Because character still matters, integrity still matters

So you get used to these life childish or adolescent habits and then all of a sudden you're like this very mature looking adult doing these childish things to other adults who are treated like adults. I could say from experience that when I was younger or when I was trying to do sales when I was 16 sorry, not 16 life, 19 years old. I kind of had the opposite experience where I just didn't expect people to trust me and I always had to kind of prove things

@Luchianna & @NickGweezy part 1

I want to comment on the first part because you started out talking about marriage being about control and how I definitely agree with that. A phrase I have never been able to understand is when someone says. Oh. Well. My wife can't do this. Whether she can't cut her hair or color her hair or wear XYZ or go to this place. Or when a wife or a significant other that's a female will say. Oh. He better not do this or he better not do that

And so in 2016, when my father died, we looked at each other and was like, S***, I don't really know you. And so we've had to we're still six years old, our relationship is six years old of just us figuring out who we are as women and the experiences that have contributed to that. I grew up with my mother being very victim, so it was not a surprise that I did some healing the inner child work
