Hello, fellow swell casters. I hope you're doing well. I know. For my UC Berkeley students, it was parents weekend, so if your family came over to visit you cool. Hope that went well. If not, we'll help you or we can still have something to look forward to

What's up, Niki? I'm back in your swell. I felt like I had to say something about this. Yeah. I had a really bad wrist injury earlier this year. I was actually on crutches for my knee, and no one really taught me how to use the crutches, so I kind of used them wrong in a way that bent my wrist weird. And then I was like, kind of hurt a little, and then I kept doing it, and it got worse

That puts my wrists in a way that puts less pain and stress on them. And I think that's going to work out way better in the long run. Of course, I think the better solution would be to minimize typing as much as possible. And paper notes have been a great help for that
