I've been having midterms this week and quizzes, but then I started thinking just about the education system as a whole, because what else are you going to think about when you finish the midterm and wonder, did you learn everything properly? And then how were you taught that? And then you flashback over the last six weeks? Yeah

This was in a lecture he was giving about a change in paradigm from a deficit model of we need to bring these students up to our level of our prestigious school versus the paradigm where students come with their own knowledge, their own challenges. And as a teacher, I should meet them where they are. And it can't be a one size fits all model. And that's a very slow change
