Travel slowly up to the back of your calves, through your knees, to the back of your legs, your hamstrings to the front. Wrap around to the quads. Come up through your hip, flexors up through your stomach and back. Acknowledge your fingertips by rubbing them together. Inhale deeply through your nose. Exhale and feel your ribcage expand. Inhale, up, exhale and remember to just breathe

And then it goes into the practice, and it just seems a little bit more real, a little bit more human. And speaking of human, you can hear in the background, it's not just humans, but the cicadas. Lots of them, really loud. So I apologize if it seems a little wild, but, yeah, that's what I got to play with today. So swelling from where I am. And yeah, I just wanted to say thanks for bringing the awareness illness today
