Talk About It Tuesday

Do you inspire people to want to go higher at what they do? Do you encourage people to walk in, lean into their mistakes so they can figure out what the learning is? Do you motivate people by your own actions and deeds? Leaders blaze trails. Leaders also have broad shoulders because they accept responsibility when things go wrong and they share the credit when things go right. So I just wanted to put this out there and talk about it Tuesday

And leadership calls us to always put aside the noise that is being made by bad communication, by stuff that feels ultimately extraneous when you really want to come down to the person and identifying what their skill set is and what you have to offer them. And it's not the action they're taking. It's the mentality that's informing that action. That's the place you want to meet them at

You get me. Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much for your reply. You really spoke about something that I talk about in the workplace a lot, which is psychological safety, right? And people always talk about this. People would always talk about this in my last workplace. But I'm like, you have to exist exhibit that, right? I worked in a very well known corporate fitness environment, and I was a scout for the company
