Fit Friday!

article image placeholderUploaded by @MyrnaB46
Can you lift up your pinky toe independently? Can you spread your feet out wide and tap each toe on the ground? What do the insides of your toes look like? How does it feel to stand up on the ball of your feet and hold there for 1 minute? Do your knees fall in? Do they fall out? Do your ankles start to hurt? Do you wiggle and shake and fall? Be grateful to your feet because they hold you up and take you everywhere you need to go

I feel personally the physical work is the easy part, right? I can do that. It's the mental part that I have to work on and that I am working on. And it's going to be a forever journey and as long as I'm alive, I am willing to take that journey on. So I hope you have a fabulous day and a wonderful weekend and we'll talk soon

It does take effort to retrain your feet, and I think that it does reshape your entire build of your body. I mean, you think about a foundation of anything. If it's not super solid, then nothing above it will be either. So thank you so much, love this conversation and looking forward to more
