Wellness Wednesday: What if today was your last?

article image placeholderUploaded by @MyrnaB46
Good morning, swells family. On this wellness Wednesday. Today, I decided to change my topic because of an experience I just had. I woke up so excited this morning about the day. I don't know, it just felt really great. Had an awesome day yesterday at work and got a new client, created new partnerships with major brands. And so I went to bed happy, woke up happy, had the privilege to drive my 16 year old son to school this morning to take his midterms

#wellnesswednesday what uf today was your last day on thus earth? Woukd you be content with all youve done? How youve treated people?

I think in the mindfulness sector, oftentimes things can seem like what ifs and imaginary situations. And that's good at all for people who have the ability to kind of be very imaginative and creative. But I know a lot of people struggle with that. And I think that taking the approach like this that you did here today with this Swell is a very potent and powerful way to kind of put people in those real life scenarios where you think contemplate like, am I being the best version of me?

Like, what if this was your last year? What would you do? And that was only because I had been dealing with doctor appointments during the time and still and it kind of like put in perspective, like, what if this is my last year here? What am I going to do? Have I accomplished what I wanted to? And just like you, you were asking the questions, was I kind to this person? Was I kind to the people that I said, I love you too
