But there's also something, and of course, I think everybody has their own timing, but these things we also figure out with other people because there's some things that are very clear to us when we're alone. But in theory, but in practice with other people, that's a whole other story. That's something that I've been finding is I've been doing therapy for a while and it's great and I'm learning a lot and I can sense a shift
