How do you cope during trying times?
There's like all of these things going on in the world and then I know all of us, we all have our own stuff that we're working through, things that we're going through, trying times and whatnot. So what are you all go to things? What are the things that you use to help yourself through the times? How do you cope?

They're that small so that I can open them and get a nugget that just lives me. And I have a toolbox of things like that that keep me going forward because I did lose the love of my life and it was very quick. So I am practicing a lot of spirit lifting things
And there's a time and place for each of that. And I love the idea of little notebooks. That is so cute. Can you tell me where you find those notebooks? My sister, she is kind of, like, obnoxious, but I love her. But obnoxious in the best way. She makes her own tiny booklets. She book binds. She learned book binding as a hobby, and then she just creates these tiny booklets for herself

Hi. I uploaded a photo of one of my tiny notebooks. They came in a set of twelve and I bought them at Target at the beginning of this year. Each one has the month on it and a little title like July is Stay Cool. June as I think. Stay golden. Anyway, maybe you can search Target or just search in general for small blank papered notebooks. They come in a little box that makes them look like they're on a shelf
