What am I really letting go of?
So yeah, over this weekend, I think I thought that the person that I used to be that I am letting go, or that I'm moving away from and moving on from, if you will. I thought it was one thing or one person, or a certain bag if you will, of descriptive adjectives and things of that nature, but I realized that it's a lot different

And the last conversation we had, he said, I am grateful for these conversations because you're about the only family member I can speak to that doesn't judge me, that isn't trying to fill the conversation with scripture after scripture after scripture, but sees me as a human. You speak to me on that level like you're still giving guidance and suggestions, but you're still recognizing that I'm a human. And I appreciate that
