I've come to a point where I just totally recognize I am an emotional human being. Highly sensitive, maybe. Definitely empathetic. Very empathetic. Did I always know that? No. And I think it's like emotions used to be a lot for me. There have been times where it wasn't anxiety, like, it literally it wasn't anxiety or anything, but it would be like I'd be going through a really sad, maybe even heartbreaking time
