I've purchased a stove, I've purchased a fridge, I purchased all the paint that I used to paint my home. Everything that I've needed for my house I have gotten at Home Depot. So naturally, when it was time to install new doors in my house, I turned to Home Depot for one because Lowe's was very expensive. Lowe's gave me an estimate on my door. I want to say back in 2021, it just was very expensive

Hey, Tanya. Good morning. Oh, that's crazy. So they dropped the ball so many times in this, it don't even make sense because even if they were supposed to come out on your, the first date, they were supposed to come out, but they called you and said they're still on another job. That means they didn't have your doors then

He says, thank you for responding. I was so livid this morning. I'm still upset. I placed a call to the district manager of the Home Depot stores here, and he's from North Carolina, and so I left a message for him to return my call. I'm just so upset about this. Like, I cannot believe the level of incompetence that I was subjected to in this process. I just can't believe it
