Attention Seeking Behavior on Social Media

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
So when I saw this Instagram video, she really brought out some very annoying behaviors that I have seen on social media. Folks fishing for compliments, folks fishing for attention, folks that just need to feel seen and just need to feel heard and just need to feel loved, even though half the people on your list don't really even know you like that. Why are you seeking validation from a group of people that are mostly strangers?

There are some people would have put a post know, we don't have time to be talking about that kind of stuff. Or they'll say, I never comment on Hollywood issues as know, they're so high and mighty and everything they talk about is like, super duper important, right? But it's like, okay, you could just comment on it without telling us. I never usually comment on these things or stuff like, you know, I'm a conspiracy theorist

And for another thing, like another thing that I've noticed that really irritates me, that is like social media, attention seeking behavior is mostly like visual type stuff, like videos where they'll post a video of how do I explain it? Almost like a lot of young people tend to do this. I've noticed some older people too, but they'll dress provocatively or they'll say, like, how do I explain it?

Also, I'm sorry for saying, like, every 5 seconds. It's just because I'm just so tired right now. I had a very long day, so I'm sorry if I said, like, every 5 seconds just now. That just goes to show how tired I am. Okay, thanks

Praying for his family, because he did pass on Sunday. Praying for his family. Praying God will comfort and strengthen them. I'm praying that god will heal their broken hearts. I don't even know if he was married, had children. I know none of that. I'm going to look it up after I get done with this, but I pray for him, and I left it at that. So sometimes you just have to run in your lane and stay in your lane

Some people have come, some people have left, some people have stayed. Lots of things change, you change. And so, yeah, I don't think we should be relying on social media to be our community. In that sense. It's nothing wrong building a community, but that shouldn't be your only community at all. So thank you so much, ariel. This was great
