Venting - HEALED

Sometimes there are traumas that are ongoing and you have to deal with them possibly every day or on a frequent basis. So personally speaking, I think healed for me, and this is based on my situation, is when you're able to deal with those things in a way that they don't cause disruptance, something can still bother you and it doesn't disrupt you. Sometimes you have to navigate around things

But that's just one example. And then, like you said, co parenting with someone else that you don't particularly like anymore. You have to learn how to swallow those things in order to parent your children with that person. You don't have to like them. You should like them, but you don't have to like them, but you do have to co parent with them. You know what I'm saying? Healing is a continuing journey
