Diary of a new mom, Episode 11, Happy Father’s Day

But I think with fathers, I don't know how the mothers, how the nature has made them, there's instant attachment once the baby comes out and they recognize their fathers as well. So I think they have a very strong bond and they know that it's their dad. So I think it comes very naturally and like there's a mother's instinct, there's a father's instinct, too. That's what I believe

I think that's kind of nature's way of telling us what to do. But you don't see that picture anymore. Children fathers play with the children, but they don't talk or communicate or read to them. Why is that exercise of making the child sit and read to the child so important, or communicating to the child so important?

Thank you so much for sharing this and I'll definitely take a note of it and I will ask my husband to read more stories to my kid. Also. As you said, reading stories is something which is very important. Even I've been reading to my baby since he was three, four months old. So I've been making sure that he listens to me. But I'll make sure that from now on, he listens to his daddy more than me
