Kelly DeShannon, age 42, was sentenced by United States District Judge George H. Wu at the conclusion of a five day trial in a federal jury back in July of 2023. They found Deshannon guilty of one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization act, or as it's known, Rico one count of committing a violent crime in support of racketeering activity known as vicar vicar, and one count of using a firearm in the furtherance of a violent crime
