If you are feeling something, some kind of guilt and but you are not stuck longer time with it then there is no problem. But if all time you are feeling that kind of guilt and then there is a problem so you can have mental issue. So we have to just avoid all that and we should be careful

So that is also another type of guilt that takes over when you don't do anything. When it comes to certain scenarios, you know, and you wish you did something in that moment. Later on, you regret not doing anything about it as well. So I feel that in general, it's better to do things than you are supposed to do

Hey. Hi. You have put those things in words so beautifully and nicely. It's true that we do feel guilty whenever we have control over situation and we're not still taking any kind of action not to let that happen the way it is happening or it has happened. And now I'm understanding that guilt could be of so many types. But then definitely guilt is something that can actually kill someone mentally. It can definitely break the person inside.
