I just can't seem to have the ability to do that. And I don't know if that's because of certain experiences I may have had in nursing where basically I was told by a higher up to not to speak to family members because it took up my time. But if that family member had a question about the patient and they had consent, then why am I not answering their question? I'm not going to tell them no as long as they have consent
