Morning routines, do you have one? What are the benefits? How have they helped you?

Morning, everyone. I was just coming on here to talk about morning routines. The reason I wanted to talk to you about this is because last week I was away with my family and two other families and we were all in a house together and for the last maybe a year or so, I was waking up at 05:00 a.m.. I have a very structured morning routine, but because we had a house full of people, I couldn't do this

Yeah, I credit my new morning routine that I've been doing for the past couple of weeks for like how much better my mood is. I think with routines, I've come to a place of acceptance that there's kind of seasons. The routines change and adapt, and sometimes it's a bit looser, and other times I need more of a structure

#Morning #Routine #Mondays #Workout

So I work out every morning. Well, almost every morning I do some type of movement, but not like a full cardio workout. But I have to move my body in the morning because it really starts my day. My team can tell if I haven't worked out because my attitude is a little bit different. It takes me a little bit more to let the light in if I don't get my workout in. And then around 730, I wake up my little one

Hi, Anna. I really love your morning routine. It sounds like you've got it down to tea. And I love the fact that you describe it when your little one wakes up as a transformation of the house. That's exactly how it is. It goes from stillness and calm to excitement and panic and, Are we ready? And let's get dressed and make beds, and yeah, it's like a whole different energy shift. My morning routine is just I think you're right

And I don't understand why I'm not getting it, because everybody keeps saying, this is amazing, and really helps. And I was like, I just keep wandering off. And the lady said to me that I was talking to, she was like, Sophie, when is your mind most active? I was like, well, in the morning, I get up and I need to stimulate myself, and I am stimulated and said, that's what it is
