Sounds like a silly question, but you'll notice your breath will have a place where you feel it or sense it the most. And that'll be the place where we put our attention. So it might be at the beginning of your nose or the top of your nose. You might notice it the most as your breath moves to the back of your throat or the top of your lungs or the bottom of your lungs
