Guided mindfulness meditation

If you need some support for your back or even lying down on a comfortable surface allow your gaze to relax so that you're not focusing on anything just resting your eyes and turning your attention inward. Notice how your breath is serving you in this moment. There's no need to control it or to breathe in or out at a particular time. Just take a moment to notice that you are breathing and that this is giving you life

That was so amazing. I've had a really long day and a really long week, and I'm pretty tired. And honestly, even just quickly dropping into listening to the swell and giving conscious awareness and attention to my breath basically put me to sleep. It was amazing. Thank you
