Prioritizing YOU as you re-enter the workforce
So is it important for you to be able to occasionally leave work early and know that you're not going to be judged for it if you have an appointment? Right? Is it important for you to be able to bring your dog to work? Is it important for you to know that you might have creative freedom in your job? Is it important for you to have a lot of camaraderie with your coworkers? Do you need to know that these are people that you're going to enjoy working with?

I'd want to know how we measure impact beyond just data, although data is real and it's the bottom line for everything. But is impact measured in other ways and how individuals are measured in terms of their impact and how I want to talk to other people at the work to see how they're feeling valued and these are all really important things because you spend so much time at work. Right. But thanks for this introduction to this attitude shift. I think you're really offering it
