It's Michael here, and I'm I just came back from shooting some hoop, not very exhausted but not going to laugh, feel really good. Chugged bottle of water and never felt better. A little bit of exercise helps everyone. And it's good to get out there, practice some shooting. But honestly, I think basketball might be for me the best way to exercise because you don't really feel like you're exercising. You just feel like you're having fun and shooting some hoop
