Rise Up

article image placeholderUploaded by @MHNmaven
Why? Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Mind Health Network. I'm your Mind Health Network Maven Beau, and I want to talk to you about the phrase rise up. What does rise up mean? And I love this picture that I found. Rise up to your life OOH. Doesn't that just make you motivated? Rise up to your life to live so people are alive, they do their things, but are you really living?

You. Hey, Bo, thanks for the invite. This is a very good question. So it depends on who you ask, obviously. I'll tell you what I think of it here in just a minute. So by definition, the phrase rise up generally means to take action to overcome a challenge or achieve a goal. Usually involves a call to action, encouraging individuals and groups to become more empowered, motivated and proactive in their efforts. That's the definition of it

Hi Bo. So when I think of Rise Up To Your Life, it actually reminds me of something that I thought of earlier. I was thinking that of all the things that I've learned in life, all the things that I've put on my resume, one of the best things I've ever learned is who I really am learning myself. And so in that respect, learning who I am and then going out to be that person is synonymous with rise up to my life

I should have taken that picture and put it there. But what I love about it is that it reminds me that I must also rise when things get difficult, but also that I cannot be raised until I help another person up. So it gives me my life purpose. So it's totally the definition of my life purpose. So thanks again, as always. Love to love. Love it. Have a good night

"Rise up" describes me.

Rise up beats someone, knocks you down, you get back up, you come back stronger, and you defeat all of your challenges. Now, this is so important to me because of who I am. This totally describes me. So I've mentioned this, I think, before on this whole cast, but just in case I haven't, I'll do it right here. I have cerebral palsy, so my legs are weaker, but I walk around with some assistance

Good morning, Zachary. Oh my gosh, I am so, so happy to hear from you again. It's been a while. I know you're listening, but to have you respond, it's been a while. And I'm so happy to hear your voice and to contribute to the conversation. So thank you for that. I love your response

Hi, Bo. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful welcome. I just love listening to your enlightening words all the time. You know what I really rise up to? I rise up to a new day. I rise up to a new me. I rise up to a new beginning in my life. Because I know that God has gifted me a new life once again. We are going to meet our death just once. But every day we are with a new life
