Okay? Then you have effective, which is basically what leads to the result that you want. Are you kind of getting where I'm going with this? All right, so here's the thing. Do you have somebody in your workplace, in your home life, in your social circle? Circle? In your son or daughter's school? I mean, there's always people that are trying to affect us, right?

I try and find new things, and I learn and I unlearn the behaviors that are not good for me, that are not effective for my life, to carry me in great places, new areas to do new great things that I may have to take a moment to learn. Because if the environment is too noisy, I won't be able to learn. It makes it hard to focus on the great thing in front of you, but those distractions with prayer and supplication can be removed from your life
