I mean drinking H 20 water, boring, basic the basic water. And also eating healthy like, you are what you eat. So are we putting junk in? Because that's what's going to come out. Junk out. Junkins, junk out. And that goes with our mind and our thoughts as well. So like media that we consume, music that we listen to it's a lot, but it's also very empowering, I believe, because that makes us more conscious and aware
