I think it's possible. But inevitably, people just end up kind of tossing and turning a little bit to get into that rate perfect snow position. And before they sleep. But there are times that just lay in bed after a really hot shower. And the next thing I know, I'm asleep. So it is possible. But when you go to bed, you normally find a better position is what I think

I am one of other people that think about anything and everything at night. I have terrible insomnia, and it usually takes me a minimum 45 minutes to go to sleep. So I always like, and really by people who can go to sleep so fast, like my husband in particular. Oh, my goodness, he can literally put his head down on the pillow. And he'll be snoring the next minute. And I'm so jealous

Hi. To answer your question. I've been on both ends of the spectrum where I've been where just like you have to my brain goes a million miles a minute and I can't sleep forever. And I've been just like your husband where I passed out of nowhere and I'm gone and I've also been passed out of nowhere been gone and then woke up and I'm in the exact same position
